That game was epic.

After watching that all I can think is we are miles off it.
That was some intense quality footy.

Maybe not miles but I’d say at least 3 quality drafts and pre seasons to get to that insane level.

It’s there home ground along with several other clubs, it’s always going to be an issue for clubs who barely play there.

We are like the interstate teams, we need to have a super team to win finals against teams like Collingwood that play home games at the G.

We had a super team in 2010 and still couldn't beat them at the G but we went close, our current team needs to improve a lot to get close.

At least we have the coach that can get us close again or maybe even beat Collingwood but he needs better cattle to do it.

They play one of the most dour, defensive, quagmire like game plans you will ever see.

I'm all for letting the game go a bit during finals but that's more for 50 50 calls not that.

I only saw parts of the last quarter but those parts I did see had extraordinary levels of Collingwood dick kissing. Ross says our boys are coachable well I present to you team maggot.

The Pies had about 8 games straight at the G leading into the 2010 finals series while we travelled interstate a few times.

We did well to draw that 2010 GF but their massive home ground advantage and no travel took it's toll on us in the replay.

They will probably win another flag due to it, I can't see Brisbane beating them in the GF, they aren't as good or tough as the 3peat team.

Carlton will probably have more chance of beating the Pies at the G if they can get past Brisbane but I don't think they will.

This Collingwood team is BOG average, depressing that they’ll probably win it. If Melbourne or the Giants kick straight they lose both games. Not to mention the umpire last night. YUCK

We need some guys to emerge as bulls. Tom Green, to me that's what we're missing. Not sure three drafts is gonna do it, as you say by then our guns like Steele and Sincs will be aging.
