What an embarrassing way for dodo to end his awful tenure at the bombers. Quite poetic really.

Exclamation point on an embarrassing career.

Even funnier they're appealing the rulebook, given his club's herculean attempts to not play by the rules during the jab jab era.

Looking for a loophole to make it look like he didnt stuff it

I'm expecting the AFL will clear this up for next year.

AFLPA will go nuts if they change the rule with a few hours before trade deadline and make it much harder for the player to get to their preferred destination.

Footage has come in of a brief moment of awakeness of Marky Mac after he tabled pick 63 for Massimo to Dildoro.

Before carrying on like a smart arse, they should have quietly hit up the AFL for clarification.

Or at least hired people who know this stuff inside out.

Think they were happy to ask for overs, in the hope that we went away and they retained him on a short rookie contract. That plan failed dismally.

If the AFL were ever going to back us with something, I hope the ruling with Massimo is the one.

The beauty is that they are not backing us, they are backing a player, with the AFLPA behind him. Robbing him of a longer and more lucrative contract by changing the rules now is not going to happen, surely?

Cal Twomey says both Chol and Gunners will go to the last minute. Hawthorn refusing to budge off a f3 for Chol so it's down to whether GCS blink. Gunners deal is wanted by both (Brisbane needs to clear his money to resign some FAs next season) but the details won't be known until the last second as everything else needs to happen first.
