Did you fill in the survey? Did you tick the box to say you don’t care for the stuff, or just would like a card?
It may have nothing to do with it. I’m just surprised at the differences.

I don't think I've ever received the email for the survey.

I think there was a survey asking what you thought of the membership which had a section on what you would like to see included. I ticked key ring iirc. I suspect they have used this to target what to include. Next time I’ll say Arden Lounge pass

We’ll be looking at $900+ for level 2 reserved after they’ve ripped us off for over a decade to the tune of the most expensive membership per game of any Etihad tenant.

But hey, those Tassie games got us in the finals so….

Club saves money on not having to pay other clubs for top up games

They’ve lost track of what our club stands for - I know they need to keep the club in the black.
We’re a small club and need to keep a good connection with our fans.

Same day mine arrived and I'm a bit closer than you I think GB.

And a fair while after my in-laws which was purchased after mine due to his credit card not working (cancelled by the bank after some fraudulent behaviour was "detected"). We both changed membership types before the auto-renewal was initiated. Anyway, I got my card so I'm OK with that.

The kids’ future roos packs just arrived. They are fantastic. The club has cut all the waste and crap out. The drink bottle is much better quality than previous years and will get good use. A good quality bag tag, a little pencil case, all came in a hard wearing tote bag. There was no extra plastic or rubbish at all!!! We’ll done NM

I'm confused because my daughter got a different Future Roos bag/kit.

The bag we got looks better than yours. But we didn't get a pencil case or drink bottle. We got a (literally useless) little toy blue footy, some stickers, and a very weird pillow case?
