He didn’t have time off in October because of all the work that needed doing so took that leave after Christmas instead, which also serves to upskill the assistant coaches. He mentioned it in the long interview with twombstone the other day, sounds like the status quo at other clubs has finally arrived at Essendon.

Sharing a ride with his brother is kind of odd though. Surely one lives near Essendon and the other lives in Geelong? Or did Brad get a new car from Dutton and his brother wanted to go for a spin in it?

he’d probably been drinking - the game was at 5 on a friday so he’d probably have to get there at what 3?

I'd say every single one of those players had a legitimate gripe against our shambles of a club that was totally unprofessional and had no idea how to run a competitive outfit from the CEO/President down (not to mention obvious saga implications).

Plus obviously they’re a bunch of mercenary w***ers

It is close to how long it took to build Richmond's last Premiership side once they changed their reciting staff and similar time for the Demons under Taylor. For Melbourne the only two left from when Taylor started to play in the GF win where Gawn and McDonald. They actually did turn over the list a couple of times.
