the "bad feelings" are never as bad when you're looking down on the rest of the competition from the top spot (which, admittedly, is not a feeling i've experienced too often)
other results just don't seem as important ... who cares if essendon beat the suns, they're just blowing the balloon up a bit bigger, meaning the disappointment will be greater when the balloon eventually, inevitably bursts

Based on past results. I'm expecting Suns to get the W against Essendon to keep the gap between us and the rest of the pack.

2 games down and 2 results going our way... essendon v Suns is the big one for us but were looking good atm

Not only did Gold Coast do us a solid and beat Essendon, but Freo went and belted the Dee's for good measure.

Seriously, I've never seen a season where just about everything has gone our way. Sometimes the planets just align for you and this season is definitely having that feel to me.

We can essentially drop a game and still be where we were at the start of our bye round.
