You take 20 every day of the week but don't be surprised if we take 26 or low 30s.
Don’t be surprised if we retain Noble if that’s the offer.

Collingwood believes it is in the box seat to secure childhood Pies fan Harry Perryman as the Giants face the prospect of losing two academy players and a true Western Sydney graduate in coming weeks.
GWS half-back Perryman is likely to decide mid-next week about his new club as a free agent, with the Giants still hanging on to hope he might re-sign.

But powerful presentations and long-term deals as long as seven years at Port Adelaide and the Pies are making it a compelling pitch for the 25-year-old.

The Pies are increasingly confident they have made a case that Perryman can play multiple positions, including midfield, to a player who is pigeonholed as a half-back at the Giants.

Perryman also hit it off with Port Adelaide coach Ken Hinkley, but the long-term Port Adelaide coach might not be at the Power past-2025.

Herald Sun- Nothing new but something to read.

In an ideal world sure we'd love to be able to turn Noble and pick 33 into GC 12.

This isn't an ideal world however and GC will be getting offers of future 1sts for that pick from rival clubs.

I'd rather be one of them and use their interest in Noble to hopefully get ahead of the queue.

We should be telling them straight up on day 1 that we'll swap our future 1st for pick 12 and it's a condition of then proceeding to any deal for Noble.

If they want to try and pull a Geelong and trade away that pick before we get to the trade table then we simply retain a contracted player or his price doubles to pick 20 and 26.

We must have been watching different games.

Terrible disposal, fumbly & undersized.

He’s Trent Bianco with a bit of pace.

Confused Gary Coleman GIF

We won the flag without these 2 first rounders. We did it by adding the likes of leggy and Frampton who couldn't get a game anywhere else. Have some faith in the club

Nothing is stopping you getting those quality types of players when keeping your 2 firsts.

Role players are typically had cheap or at worst for 2nds or 3rds. Schultz excepted.

Posted and discussed Friday evening.

They've got Coleman to come back next year also. Hopefully Daniher retires and eases the pain a bit
Zorko was ready to be retired until Coleman went down. Moved to half back and was one of their best for the season. Not sure Coleman would have necessarily played the half back role better than Zorko this year.

Oh vinnie. Coleman was way better in that role to the point he had become the best in the comp at it. Zorko was exposed on quite a few occasions as being unable to defend when he had to. They would have played Coleman in that role every day of the week instead of Zorko

Had a fantastic year. Oldest AA. Premiership player.

Sharenberg and Freeman say hi

Moore and Degoey say hi back.

Pendles and Daisy.

Reid and Brown.

Sidebum and Beams.

Nick Daicos.

Picks when recruiters nail them increase your talent at much cheaper cost.

Trading with picks always is more cap space and also more then 1 pick.
Slowly dilutes the overall talent on the list for a temporary improvement of the best 22, as typically said players are 26 years plus.

Ginnivan chose to leave. We got a player which you say was on par.

We don't yet know which experienced players we will bring in or which players we draft.

It's all hypothetical until the trade & draft period is done & dusted.

I don't think having Schultz or not having him would of changed our 2024 fortunes.

Regardless of Ginnivan.

But Schultz will contribute going forward over next 3 seasons however we also did over pay.
