i used to think that with finnus, there was an element of choice in his incompetence.. Now I'm certain that he is bereft of any footballing ability. Not that his brother is any world beater, but he needs to undergo a DNA test with his brother. THere are legal opinions going around that we could get our money back if we can prove that he was a baby left on the backstreets of footscray....

obviously finnus got the wrong half....he cant run..so it cant be his bottom half. i've got nothing against the kid. He has a nice style of haircut. I think he might even use brylcreem.

talking about our captain, i've noticed taht there isnt a single thread about him. He hardly gets a mention in the threads....
Is there some legislation that has passed parliament which has proclaimed him a protected species?

wow...thats a considerable whack, especially from someone who has shown great patience with some of our more useless players.
I would suggest that players like markov should be paying for half-time food and beverages for members for first offences and then the members' seats...and then a $1000 voucher at the magpie shop for a third offence

is there a trend to the downturn in performances?.....markov and his moustache....quaynor and his hair styles....the captain with his flowing locks...

Darcy Moore is really making me consider my footballing philosophy. He's developed the mongrel to hospitalize opponents but has become absolutely useless at the game. Perhaps there is a place in the game for footballers who don't make their main goal to maim the opposition? Perhaps turning him into a mongrel has been the wrong way to go with his development?

it's good to see that some people in the less informed threads are suggesting a haircut for the out of form players. Moore is prime example but hernia harrison is bordering on the ridiculous. It takes me back to the flock of seagulls days ....or that ridiculous sia chick. Are we running a retro new wave team or a footy team? It beggars belief to think that a team can operate as a team if they havent got a uniform haircut. Look what it did for the beatles?
The darcy career appears to have moved on from footy. It just doesnt interest him anymore. The people around him giggle and clap when they hear he is the collingwood captain, but they continually question him about the global impact of kicking a ball around field in south east melbourne. It might explain why he has given up the idea of kicking the ball.
Meanwhile I'm looking at previously pitiful players like the hyphen in a new light....have standards really dropped this far? Are we going to renegotiate our assessments of will kelly?
Talking about will kelly, he renamed himself william kelly and went to sydney vfl.....obviously as a strategy to fade out to oblivion....which he has successfully done, having played his last game in early may. Why couldnt the Pies have managed to design a similar end to his footy career? Or the others masquerading as footballers in the seniors and the VFL.
I checked in to see the bris reject mcstaid last week but had to turn the vfl off because funn mcrae made an occasional appearance on my screen, causing me severe mental anxiety. He says that he is going to get fit for next year.....yawn.
There is a bounty of other useless footballers wallowing in the VFL...it's like a black hole that sucks them in...
This year is too depressing. I'm thinking of suing the AFL for damage to my mental health, although my razor sharp sanity is still intact. I feel a kinship with joe biden.
Graham Wright needs to be lured back to Australia so that he can be imprisioned....surely we can get the brits to do to wright what they did to assange...
I havent got the strength this year to join the calls for a new coach. I always knew he was going to lead us into failure. That premiership was just a strategy to catapault us into a decades long period of wokeness.....another black hole.
