News out of the Kennell last night with Wightman informing the players that he will be stepping down at the end of the season. Big loss to the club one would think especially if he doesn't play on there. Thurgoona should be looking at a profile coach now that can bring some players to push them...
i heard that bot the opposition and his howlong team mates had to carry the stretcher off the ground the first 4 trainers that tried to lift them are now seeking compensation for putting there backs out:D:D
just on another note something that i heard a couple of weeks ago. Wasn't the whole idea of the w***er Mackie saga was to get him away from North so he could play at Albury under his original O and M coach. Now that thats been knocked on the head i wonder where the waesle will go now.
I have an idea why doesn't everybody on BIgFooty not just our thread throw away there made up name and put in there real name. What a great idea. You have been rather lippy to there tiger spirit so why don't you throw your name forward or are you just a gutless little weasle as well.
Don't know about that ther GB go to the Tallangatta website look at competitions then look at team stats it shows team's average scoring for home and away games it clearly shows that there is a home ground advantage. Tell me do you think a chiltern or a thurgoona have a home ground advantage at...
Alright lets have a mis season wash up and crystal ball look. feel free to contribute.
best side so far- easily Mitta
Premier end of year- easily Mitta
Biggest surprise- Beechworth
Biggest disappointment- 11 other sides for taking on the Mitta challenge
Top 3 Mitta, KSC, DMB

interesting results today. Beechworth kicking more goals then mitta nd still getting 4 points. looks as though 2 more sides are out of the runing for the 5 being thurgoona and tallangatta. bet all the players are looking forward to the week off!!
Why is it we have the same sh!!t coming up every year about stronger clubs and money and people wanting to guess and acuse. So what if a club spends money if they have it, why not!! A lot of work goes into footy clubs to make them financially viable (sponsors, fund raising, cost cutting)...
Bit worried about your spot there sugars noticed you've been coming of the pine, Couple of handy recruits could see you back with the criminals on day release.
wouldn't go getting to cocky there sugars you guys have a big 5 or 6 weeks coming up. get through those unscathed then you can start skiting but untill such time if i was you i might relax a bit.
they beat your hoppers, didn't they. don't worry about the bombers with there list its hard to see them struggle for to long, when they do hit there straps look out. Tallangatta will have more of an idea at where they are at in the next few weeks when they play the better sides.

hey i caught the Chiltern/Thurgoona game yesterday may a say Chiltern look like a polished and well drilled side, who ran in nambers and Thurgoona looked like a rabble that rely on a few players. Cassidy boys dominated for the swans as did the young fellow dishot. Any coach watching the dogs...
chiltern to beat saints by 30
mitta beat wahgunyah by 36
Thurgoona to beat beechworth by 15
DMB by 5 points over tallangatta
Rutherglen to beat Barny by 10 points
another good round of footy in the TDFL last weekend which goes to show just how close it is this year. yack bouncing back, Thurgoona bouncing back, beechworth and tallangatta going along nicely kiewa and mitta showing some form. In for a great year
thats really bad if that was the case on Bone's behalf very very ordinary. I went and watched Thurgoona and Tallangatta interesting game i think thurgoona looked very ordinary at times, tallangatta's mid field and half backs played all over the dogs. Tallangatta will be mid table at best i...
