In storage (currently building a house) I have, of which I can't believe no one has mentioned, the 1986 Southern Saints autograph book (a soft covered book with individual sleeves containing a player card with phot and stats as well as a blank section for autographs. I did get most of them...
Yes, all that makes sense but what makes me nervous as a whole is this statement in last year's annual report. In normal business this can be classified as "trading while insolvent".
This is 100% true. I was at The Belgian Beer Café where SEN were hosting their programs for the day and overhead exactly as Joffaboy describes it.
Right place, right time.
Makes you wonder...GT did say they Hamill and Kosi will not play unless "a miracle happens in the next 48 hours", somewhere along those lines anyway.
Leaves the door open a little bit. Food for thought.
:D
Hahaha. You have a short memory...MCG, semi final 2004. Friday night game, terrible weather conditions. Swans lost by 10 goals.
Prepare for a repeat performance! :D
Not judging the system, per se, more so the non refundable $10 that we have to forfeit. $10 is not a lot these days but it's a very handy gain for Ticketmaster.
Just received a letter from St Kilda Football Club regarding ticket arrangements should St Kilda happen to make the grand final...
One point that is worth noting and is a blatant rip off.
In the event that St Kilda is not a participant in the Grand Final, Ticketmaster will refund all...
What should be taken into consideration is that Adelaide has won 11 in a row...I think they needed to lose one prior to the final series in order "to get their feet back on the ground".
I have a feeling Adelaide will be out in straight sets. Even more so now that their captain will be rubbed...
The AFL tried their best to "smokey" the fine...$15,000.00 PLUS $5,000.00 from a previous breach.
Something certainly stinks and hopefully this all can be brought to a head as soon as possible. That or "bench" both AD and his mule, AA, indefinitely.
As with most professional ball sports (ie, union, league, gridiron, soccer) playing dimensions are all set at exact, or near to exact, standards.
Why can't that be the case with AFL football? Would the game change at all if playing dimensions were all set at the same size?
Any thoughts?
