Not really, we usually keep most of the players we develop. I think the Clark drama has more to do with the salary cap dramas at the club than him actually wanting to wear purple LOL.
North continue to get a game because he is in Punters pocket the same goes with Hussey and Hayden when he should have been dropped. We need to get Ferguson and Smith in the team very soon if not now.
Clark is a KPF IMO and only played ruck last season because we had nobody else. Brown and Fev are both close to 30 so Clark is very important to the Lions structure and recruiting going forward. He is a gun and we need to get good value for a proven player otherwise we go backwards even more.
Would Brown have got close to the money Ablett would be getting on the coast? Way different also considering the Pies are the most hated team on the planet.
I think it is pathetic the way the Geelong fans are carrying on about Ablett leaving. As a Broncos fan and seeing Izzy and campaigner leave I feel sometimes the money is just too good to pass up. Don't forget Ablett has done everything the game can offer at the cats and clearly gave his all in his...
Well if the rumours are true it is good news, I will be happy with Collins leaving it is clear he wasn't a right fit and was making it hard for players and coaches.
Do we really need you to be negative aswell as the Media??? By all reports alot of people at the Lions didn't like the way Collins operated so I can't see it being a bad thing that he is leaving.
Simply won't happen unless Rich wants to go home IMO. There is no guarantee that pick 4 in this draft will be as good a player as Rich looks likely to become.. Would be a waste IMO.
Why does the AFL sit back and let channel 10 and 7 play Finals matches on 1 hour delay in QLD?? If they are serious about going big in QLD surely live finals games on FTA TV is the way to go.
