The Lions just downgraded their 2nd round pick (from 24 to 32). The Bulldogs had asked the Lions for that pick 24 for Marcus Adams which they refused, so it looks more likely the Lions will now hand over pick 32 to us for Adams.

We might need a versatile 200cm KPP in next few years. The club are taking the long view (and being very cautious) that Tom Boyd may/may not take a while to get his head right, a King bro will be a good parachute pick.

My intel: While Marcus is not hated, there's plenty at the club that Adams is not friends with (nearly all). He is renowned for putting on the headphones and doing his own training (weights sessions, cross training etc) by himself. Not a hanging offence but he really is not liked by the boys...

Redpath had his knee heavily iced after his first VFL game (as a precaution) for swelling, so he is no chance of lining up v Eagles. Will be given plenty more time.
