The main reason we MAY see an improvement with a new coach, is surely the AFL won't give us such an unfair (Roos words) confidence destroying first 8 w Well for start .... Critical is the coach (& assistant coaches) we get. Just can't see any quality experienced coaches lining up. So we go...

Whilst I think getting rid of Leppa this year, would be a huge mistake, that will actually put us further behind, if they did, who do you see as replacing him? Can't see any experienced coaches lining up ..... And do you think replacing him with an inexperienced coach is a good idea. Just can't...

Accept much of what you say, but of course depends on who the Coach will be. I guess I'm currently so despondent, my teenage sons don't even want to go to games, we probably won't become members next year ... Along with 2 /3 reds of people we sit near, that ANYTHING that can give us some hope...
