Why are Comi, Coomans and Dunne not playing on the weekend? Big outs for a pretty thin squad. Most teams would struggle losing their best 2 mids.

Would also hope the process of choosing grounds for finals is given more flexibility. We saw a final played on a dangerously boggy ground this year because the game was promised to the ground in advance. Shouldn't ever happen again in this league.

Amazing atmosphere at Riddell yesterday from the 18s right through to the seniors. The senior game was the pick of the finals so far I think. The game had everything and the crowd was huge. Great advertisement for the league given the game was played on a Sunday.

Looking forward to this weeks games. Might drive down and catch Sunbury vs Romsey. I know the Sunbury boys think they have their measure after narrowly missing out the last 2 times. Should be a corker.

Re: Round 6 Review Very harsh I reckon. Had a look yesterday and it was not the type of game that was suited to a Meacham type. He also had a couple of other defenders chopping things off in front of him. One of the best players in the comp in my opinion.

Riddell decimated by injury this week I am told. Massive opportunity for Centrals.

Incredibly harsh in my opinion. Won a flag in 2010 and the list copped some injuries last year. It is only early in the season and the best forward and best back have barely played a game. Makes it pretty tough up against 3 fellow contenders.

Some very handy players not playing yesterday. I would still have Riddell as favourites. Have had a nightmare draw to start the year especially with some key players not up and running yet. Have big game experience and will be well and truly in the hunt come the last 2 weeks in my opinion. Best...
