The club sent an email Friday night, got them around 1am Saturday after getting home from the game to avoid Ticketek hassle today. Good luck to all running the gauntlet this morning.
75.5pts with TAB at the minute, will probably change a little once the teams are out. Hawthorn by 75.5+ at $1.90 probably is a decent bet to include in any multi's, can't see us getting that close.
I disagree. As good as Wood has been, I'd be dropping him for Rowe and allow Kruez to go alone against Hampson with a chop out from Levi.
Even though Vickery is an A Grade spud, I'd prefer to have Rowe on him as opposed to a much undersized first gamer in Fields or White. Jammo to Jack is a...
I will be very disappointed if Clem is dropped. I was at the game and thought his intensity was great, made a few mistakes but he's young and worth persisting with. People calling for Curnow to be dropped clearly didn't watch the game, he kept the very dangerous Zorko to 11 touches and had 23...
Agree that Buckley's attitude is the main thing that impresses me. Apart from Kade who is on a level of his own IMO, Dyl is in the next level of blokes who give their all every time they step onto the field. Lots of regular players need to take a long hard look at his enthusiasm and work rate...
Just wanted to mention a positive experience I had today. I lost my wallet over the weekend (definitely not a positive experience!!) so am in the process of replacing all of my cards. I sent an email to the club explaining my situation and received one back less than 20mins later saying my old...
Yeah it has certainly started off pretty slow IMO, will just be watching it week by week on foxtel. Looking forward to seeing how Ray deals with the LA FBI director
Had a few beers with a mate at my place watching the footy on a Friday night. Game finished so got my mrs to give him a lift home and I tagged along, I was in the passenger seat and he was behind me in the back. We were cruising along a straight stretch of road doing the 60km speed limit when...
My little iphone app just notified me that it is Day 100 of being smoke-free today, $1,900 saved is a nice stat to see as well. I have been going strong and pretty much have it totally kicked I think. I don't think about one at all during weekdays, it has certainly made the working days longer...
My daily quaddie numbers for the VIC race meeting. I usually don't actually put the bet on (apart from Wednesday's) but always have a look through the form at lunch and scribble my numbers down somewhere and check them when packing up for the day.
I get up at 7.58am, shower and dressed, walk 1.2km (according to google maps) buying newspaper on the way and am never at work later than 8.25am, usually 8.23am.
You don't want to be 6'6'' on the hill at Adelaide. Went to watch the ashes last summer and spent the majority of the time being yelled at to sit down :(
I usually stand at Etihad or the G a couple back from the fence in the standing areas and can see fine. Plus it's much easier to run to the bar!!
1 month today and going strong. Haven't changed my social life, my family dog of 15 years had to be put down a couple of weeks ago which was an extremely stressful day but haven't seriously considered a smoke at all. Loving being able to breathe, smell, taste and have a bit more cash in my pocket :)
Choccy Ripple Cake with crushed peppermint crisp bars on top, it's my go-to birthday request from Mum. Couldn't care less about presents, just make me my ripple!
