Any thoughts re Gold Coast offering 15+20 this year, 11 next year they got as their salvage pack from the AFL, and 25 they may get from Carlton for both Crouch brothers? Sounds like Brad will be out the door to the highest bidder next year anyway.

Gets better... First week of regional finals is the last week of the home and away season for "senior" footy, so despite Belconnen 1s/2s playing, only players who have qualified (4 games in regionals, no more than 9 in higher grades) to play regional finals can play in the regional game.

Wonder if the Cats would be interested, we only play 1 ruck really, could push Stanley out.

Would love the league to have a look at bumping all 3s teams into the 2s comp, and dropping Gungahlin/Tuggeranong from 1s/2s to 2s/3s. Obviously leaves the question about what happens with the 1s sides (Sydney comp?) and regional sides (big 3s comp?)... Reckon that would provide the best...

Plenty to look forward to from a "free" game by the sounds of it. More of a single player gamer so will be interested to see how that game mode goes.
