At the 20 sec mark of this video, Dodoro states we will play with a list of 38, and an extended rookie list.
Yet on OP - we have 39 senior listed players.

At anytime, any (1) of the rookies, or Cat B players can be promoted to the senior list.
Maximum of 40 players on the senior list.

This is the part that I dont get.
Why are ASADA prosecuting all 34 players.
Would have thought that they should only go after the 12 (or as reported in the Herald Sun, 'The Dirty Dozen)
I recall, that if a few players in a premiership winning team, are found guilty of doping, the AFL has the...
Question.
Is the tribunal hearing against the 34 players treated as 1 case, or 34 individual cases.
We all know that the 26 vials into 34 players doesn’t fit.
So…
Are ASADA going after a ‘team’ sanction or individual players?
i.e the Herald sun reported last year 12 players were ‘allegedly...

As things stand, ASADA has not offered a plea deal to any of the 34 current and former Essendon players. Hearing to continue today.
Potentially, this is how the 2 weeks penalty is worked out..
24 months down to 12 months no sig fault,
down to 6 months substantial assistance.
Amended SCNs issued 17 Oct, takes to 17 April.
17 April is begining of Rd 3

Does anyone believe that Dank has been granted some form of immunity by the ACC?
'Allegedly', he has forged doctors signatures.
'Allegedly', he has admisinsterd substances that the players did not consent to.
Surelly, these are criminal acts, Yet the police don't seem to interested.
Essendon Football Club would like to make the following statement in response to an article in The Australian newspaper today which referenced ASADA’s investigation of the club.
Interim CEO Ray Gunston said “The club understands that there is no factual basis to the story in relation to the...
When there is major story developing about this drug scandal, Caroline Wilson as been all over it...
As much as we all hate her....
Where is her article??????????
Does anyone have any info whether or not player actually want out...

Something has puzzled me from the beginning, and hoping that someone might help shed some light.
Way back in Jan 2012, Stephen Dank initially asked WADA the status of the substance AOD 9604. Their response was to contact ASADA. He then replied "Thank you for your reply and confirmation that...
