Hmm not really. It's a smallish place and police down there have civ mates (like anywhere). The first time I heard about the main piece of evidence was a cop at a BBQ (my mates house) telling him about it.
There were other people at the BBQ who knew SM's family so he was careful not to say...
The local cops aren't even on the case. It was taken over very early on. You can believe as you wish and ignore what I'm saying, I don't really mind one way or the other.
Never said it was fact and the media are pretty useless if you hadn't noticed.
Only passing on what I've heard which you're very welcome to ignore. I don't catch up with Ballarat people that frequently, so I've heard this now, I didn't say it's just come out now down there.
Same. But I only listen to people from Ballarat who know cops, and it's doing the rounds down there. I'll happily state it's nonsense if I hear otherwise.
Yep. This didn't make sense demographic wise to me, I originally thought they must have known one another and forgot about it for a while, but keep hearing recently, that they did.
Unfortunately I'm not there, I had a last minute meeting pop up at work and there's nobody else that can fill in for me.
I was very annoyed as I've planned this all week.
