So essentially we come out with: 5, 24, 48, 66, 70, Marchbank, Pickett, Smedts, Palmer. Hold on to all of our 2017 picks except for second round. Lose Tuohy. Is that right? Looks pretty good to me if so.

After another 3 on the weekend Brownlow predictor now has Cripps equal 12th for those interested. Equal with Selwood and Coniglio on 16, 1 behind Gawn, Bontempelli and Priddis.

You're probably right but even if they got third round picks, say 39 and 40 for example. That's 875 points. Plus our 3rd (#42 = 395 points) and Bulldogs 3rd (#50 = 273 points) that's 1543 points which could be traded to GC for Melbournes 1st (#9 - 1469 points).

Hopefully there'd be a chance to package late picks for points for one of GWS' (Coll, GWS, Geel) or Gold Coast' (GC, Melbourne) first round picks as well. Trading say Everett and Graham for example would look a lot better if it meant we could tally enough points to get another possible top 10...
