Had a different kind of Angus burger in the US of A about a month ago (kind of like the grand but with bacon) - was very nice. As an aside, in Hawaii all Macca's meals come with a side of pineapple ... interesting.
Used to do it when I could (too-low haeme once) but haven't been since I got a couple of tatts. I've got about 6 months til I can again so it depends on what I feel like doing first ... giving blood or getting another tattoo. :p
I have a jar of dried fruit (sultanas and apricots), nuts (cashews and almonds) and seeds (sunflower and pumpkin) that I refill about every fortnight. Handfull a day makes a good morning snack.
I also like to chop up half a rockmelon, half a honeydew and with a bunch of grapes I have another...
Only seafood that belongs on a pizza is anchovy, and lots of it.
Having said that, the old man loves his seafood pizza with marinara mix, and with a wood fired pizza oven out the backyard, it looks a sight better than that one. ;)
My Saturday morning is a gym session and a coffee at 20 Young Streat, Moonee Ponds. Sometimes a muffin, as well, but their coffee is enough for me until I get home. I'd rather eat out for lunch or dinner ...
I could probably do it on 20 minutes or just under, when I push myself I tend to go about 12km/hour and I can maintain that for closer to 6-8kms.
I am pretty slow though, so I don't think 20 minutes is anywhere near a good time.
I know! She's working!
She's already got about two weeks off for the wedding, so I guess that's fair ...
And my sisters have bought me my shorts I'm supposed to be wearing. We'll see about that.
Lots of people would sleep those hours on a normal, or slightly later, day shift. It differs from person to person how they respond to working not so traditional hours. Working 18 months of night shift (7.30pm to 4am) didn't affect my health at all, but we had people who would quit after a week...
I can agree, being the same height and weight (I think - haven't weighed myself for months). I've been 65kg and "skinny fat" and I'm around 69kg now and have a much better body composition, and I'm about a size 10. Fryingpan, I think you would need to see myself or chirpymagpie in person before...
All things in moderation.
If you brush your teeth to avoid plaque and burn the extra energy provided from the Milo then I can't think of any harm it could do.
And it's so freakin yum, too.
Oh no Angie, does this mean I have to get married again every time I feel like getting in a bit better shape? :D
Alternatively, you could use something else relationship-wise as motivation ... annoying an ex with how good you look ... showing someone you're interested in how good you look ...
I know people who don't really care about the whole needle thing, but it's the idea of their blood coming out that gets them. My partner is one, he gets nauseous thinking about a blood test, which I think is usually three vials of 10mL of blood, so he really doesn't like it when I talk about...
Getting married in just over two months is certainly helping me too.
But overall, I'd say just the general feeling of wellbeing I get from training is enough. And checking the results out in the mirror. :p
Not entirely sure, but coincidentally I had an ecg today and my doctor's sending me to the path to do more tests - because it's too low. :p Something screwy with the Q wave too ...
I'd assume based on that it'd be under 60.
Sam has a face like an insect.
Whaaaaat, she does. :p
And Demelza is still too large for catwalk. Having said that, Alex wasn't really pushing my buttons either. I agreed with Charlotte, Caris was my fave.
Sad but true ... Demelza is too large at the moment to make it internationally (probably nationally, too).
Caris was shafted! It looks like they've been picking the worst shots from her shoots over the last few weeks to justify her going ... she was probably still carrying a bit too much...
I'm not short hon, but trust me, my legs bulk up pretty easily and I can end up looking a bit bottom heavy! Upper body is also the first place I lose, so I can look a bit out of proportion! :p
Burpees - arrghh!
