Only a brave man or a fool would take on a coaching position at that club. Good luck, Lep, and don't forget to keep your clipboard down the back of your shirt.
Blacky was a late withdrawal and missed the Brown-led Carlton massacre of 2007 (even though Hammo reckoned he'd get 2 Brownlow votes for his effort that day :rolleyes::D).
The AA selectors should be rewarding the best players in their rightful positions. Otherwise, they may as well just pick a squad of the best 22 players in the league and list 'em in alphabetical order. It's not as if they play anyone. Bring back the Truth Cazaly Awards!
Well, that seems to be the prevailing opinion. Doesn't say much for the league's ruck stocks if the pre-eminent performer in that position can't kick, fumbles sitter marks and palms to the opposition.

c) There is more emphasis on player development than the...
In a nut case, er, shell, luthors. Raised the same three points with Beausgirl43 in our traditional post-game review.
They can lug the weights around while working on their skills, Nino. :p
I'd still prefer to keep Jamie, Nino. Good insurance policy, at worst. Bergers, as promising as he is, hasn't proven he can stand up for a full season as yet.
