In this case, expansion adds more club(s) but not at the expense of other clubs. The ratification of the bid via Committee vote underlines this as true by law.

You haven’t been paying attention then. The last few rounds I’ve been around the third most prolific poster for the Wonders. Posters like Moz damicky dogs105 and NinjaSwan have been regularly posting higher numbers than me.
