Just thought I'd let you know were having a party at our new house in Spotswood for ALL the OOBs Team .... and I thought maybe invite:

Pugsley may want to come... as he loves a great hot tub - which needs to be christened btw.. (you should see the bubbles that Mobbs created = so cool)

And Chipmunk too; cause Chippy is already in party mode and celebrating our OOB's win and I loves that too...

if were going to break in the new house the more the merrier

if Chipmunk comes he can do that party trick he does putting nuts in his cheeks
