He will be back in full training this week and they may debut him but could hold him back another week or 2 to get him cherry ripe

This is the extra 1 or 2 weeks.

There's not a lot sitting in the VFL demanding a game, so he may come straight into the seniors once he's fit.

Only if they want him to have a half just to ease him into it rather than wait another week

If they believe he is physically ready and foesnt need the run then just debut at senior level

I said it before and i'll say it again, do not play him in the VFL. do not let him get used of the much below AFL standard.
When fit bring him into the AFL team we don't have enough quality in the team where someone would be taking his spot.
