I think the coaches got too caught up with what he wasn't. He was at worst a poor man's David King, good rebound and long running goals.

It's not like Houli, Saad et al are defensive beasts in a similar role.

I was thinking that too. My guess is the video was edited down, it was all seemed a bit short and sweet, just captured that last sentence before Brady handed over the jumper.

Don’t know what Fish did wrong, but he lost favour with Brad Scott suddenly. Thought he was stiff not to have a longer career with us.

The way he was bombing goals from 55 on the run definitely had a few -including me - think he would have a bright career. Like so many players in that period, after having a good 1st/2nd season, he fell off a cliff.

I'm not sure what is going on with kids these days but the standard of u18 nicknaming has fallen off a cliff. Clarkson has his work cut out for him.

Uh Bergman is a great kick.....

Only thing stopping Bergs from being a rusted-on feature of the back six is the development of his body. We have sen already how much bigger he is.
