How is it 2024 and we're still letting rain dictate if a game of sport is played or not?
No extra roofed venues.
No reserve days to retain competitive integrity.
I must admit, I do have PTSD from the 2022 World Cup during moments like these.
Stuck in the stands longer than was reasonable at the MCG, being forced to drink horrific Indian beer, all to not see a single ball bowled.
Ended with my mate trying to rip a seat out of the concrete with his bare hands because it was his bucks party and he'd planned it around the cricket the moment the fixture was announced.

An outdoor sport and weather comes into play, in other news the world is not flat. Seriously who cares least it’s only a t20 and this interview with Khawaja has been amazing. We don’t need more roofs the pitches need outdoor elements and no we don’t need more rubbish drop in wickets

I would rather watch cricket than an amazing interview with Khawaja.
When I saw the T20 fixtures for the GABBA and the SCG I thought they will either be rain affected or rained out, terrible venues.
This shit just happens way too often at those two venues, it's beyond a joke.
