First impression...
Came across as a rational, well spoken and very dry 'know-it-all'...
Gives off the impression of being a tad too comfortable in his wide/deep knowledge of the game and his own on field performances!
That comfortableness prolly goes aways to help explaining his inconsistencies in football play...
Knowing in his head what's needed to improve his on field performances is totally diff to doing...
Prolly conned a lot of coaches with his knowledgeable, courteous and polite manner...into long winded conversations about remedies...
Prolly needs a more confronted coaching style...
Your Prolly right

Fair whack from Sam Mitchell the other day saying they had no other tall forward options when Mitch Lewis went down injured last year.
Doesn't like rejection, very salty indeed, especially considering what Richmond paid for Jacob Koschitzke

Is Kosi a CHB??

His strength seems to be his mobility.

At minimum he seems good at halving contests.

Is he trying to do more than is necessary at times? Does he need to be a touch more composed to improve his effectiveness?
Sorry for the intrusion. The biggest frustration I had with Kozi is the opposite, that he very often didn’t do that bare minimum and halve the contest, he’s often beaten badly while in what what should be the stronger position. He plays very ‘nice’ doesn’t put the knee in a guys back when he should and really hit the contest with strength to bring it to ground and own his space. Also had a bad habit of dropping easy marks, something he really couldn’t afford given the above. Has all the physical tools though, and when/if it clicks could become a good player. Wish him all the best.

He was delist material as a CHB in the 2s. Lacks the agility and IQ to play in defense.

He had a career lifeline when he was thrown forward.

If he isn't making it as a forward he won't make it in the AFL.
