We must see something in Hill that he hasn't produced at the dogs.
Not sure he has the frame to put the required weight on though. We need our forwards to lay strong tackles...is he capable of this?
i don't think we'll be giving up much. hopefully a change of club will be good for him.
with the extra list spot taken up, it doesn't bode well for stevenson's future at wce. i reckon we'll end up offloading him for next to nothing. it's disappointing, the guy has talent.

Hahah we are not freo. I highly dout we will lose Koby, i think with Ebert gone its going to help his chances with getting a game. Im all up for getting Hill sounds like he could become a good player, has the talent and if its for a 3rd round pick cant go wrong there.
Wouldn't be upset with that. But then again I'd love to trade Tom Swift for Scott Pendlebury. Trade week is all about being disappointed.
unless we have our eye on a young WAFL player that we may be able to use for our 3rd pick im ok with getting Hill as our newest 'project player'

What's up with Dalziel, why is he still on our list? He's never going to get another game with us again so I don't see the point.
Last year Freo, traded pick 38 for Mzungu.
Why aren't we looking at trading with GWS for a pre-listed player. Our 3rd pick is very late in a weak draft. We could secure someone like a Horsley from Subiaco?

Havent been super keen on Hill but given he is only 22 i guess we see something in him. Will be interesting to see how it pans out.

Because the Eagles haven't said that they're trading Stevens.
Because Stevens hasn't said that he's leaving.
Because Brandon Matera hasn't said that he wants out of the Gold Coast
Because Gold Coast would be insane to trade a quality small forward (which they've only got one - and that's Matera) for a young midfielder (of which they have a few)
Just for starters
Having said that - if by some stretch of the imagination it's actually a possibility, then great. Let's do it.
