Temporarily traded Ablett out of my team, Kane will towel him up and I'll bring him back in a few weeks at a bargain price. Or this could all go horribly wrong..

I wouldn't do it. I'm just talking from experience of having committed such a blasphemous sin in the past.
Last year - He supposedly got injured and I traded him to Marc Murphy who had scored 110+ x about 6 to start the season. Ablett was only out for a short stint and came back hotter than ever. Murphy, meanwhile, scored sub 100 against GWS then about 60 against whoever he played next, and then a 27 as my captain (thinking he can surely come good against the Crows) - subbed off and injured.
It was a painful lesson I believe from the Fantasy Footy Gods re: Gary Ablett. It topped off the fact I had started the season with Goodes, Fyfe and Gray
I hope Kane Cornes does shut him down. But don't cause problems for yourself. Gary Ablett is Gary Ablett.
Yeah this is one I'm going to be umming and arring about all week, thanks for the advice.
The trade I did was
Ablett - Hodge
Varcoe - Westhoff
My rookies are going well so I should have cash to bring Ablett back in a few weeks and I've got Swanny as captain. But this still makes me nervous
Can someone explain the roles of Pittard, Stevensen and Heath? Trying to work out which 2 to play on the ground.
Awesome reply. Thanks.Heath plays third man up, and on small forwards takes intercept marks and kicks well. Stevenson plays more a Defensive wingman that we try and get the ball in the hands of can play a role and be used for his great kicking. Pittard is the main focus going out of 50 (with Stevenson) is part of the real run out of defence can also take intercept marks, gives more run than stevenson probably not using it as well as him. i play Pittard and Heath in supercoach, id expect Stevenson would be better choice in Dreamteam over Heath though.
Will Gray be the sub this week?
Thanks, mate. Will he still be automatic inclusion? If his first game for the year is any indication, yes he should average 90+
what was the go with pittard on the weekend?
Need both him and stevenson to play this weekend
you just never know how full rehab from an ACL is going to go. he could come in and not be able to run out a whole game or he could take off where he left a year ago and turn to regular 100+. he played well as sub just not sure if that whole game is going to hurt. i would steer clear unless you want to roll the dice as a PODHi guys, what do you think about Robbie Gray as a DT fwd in the coming weeks? Good score this week, do you think he'll keep that up?
2 Qs I guess that lots of people will want to ask.
Pittard- hip flexor strain, most likely out again this week? If he does happen to be included, would he be likely vested?
Westhoff- who do you guys think Roos will match him up against?
