Yes that's true , but on Saturdays thousands attend Amateur's and country footy , they might find it hard fronting up at around 6.0-6.30 aswell , maybe that's why KT asked for the Sunday arvo timeslot a while back , just saying !

Downstairs in the members was packed so I assume it was the top tier where the spaces were.
With two wins on the trot, Friday night and an opposition that will bring more than 3 adults, 2 kids and a goat towards the crowd numbers, we should get 50k against Geelong.

We broke the AO attendance record against *Carlton* last year on a Friday night so I'll be disappointed if we get under 50,500 to be honest!

We were on the eve of finals and in the running for top 4. And it was SA Carlton fans first chance to see AO. Carlton have always had a lot of SA fans (Kernahan, Bradley and Peter Motley causing quite a few to adopt them pre-Crows days, plus a large southern European supporter base here). Geelong have more fans here than the Bulldogs (not hard), but they won't be bringing in the numbers of opposition supporters Carlton did. I expect we'll get around 45 - 46k. I'd be surprised if we break 50k (though very happy).

My sons first game was a 130 point loss to collingwood in the rain at AAMI. We kicked 3 goals. Im sure you'll have a better night!
Literally the second largest loss in the clubs 145 year history.

Then hopefully take him to the march down to the ground so he can experience everything and make it a day he will never forget.

You're generally better off at looking at the 'feels like' index, as this takes into account wind chill and humidity factors. I predict a feels like index of 15 degrees on Friday. Beanies on everyone!

Today: FEWER than 500 reserved seats remain for Friday night’s clash with Geelong, but several thousand great value general admission tickets are still available.
Will be expecting 51k but realistically probably get 48-50.
