Pretty much as far as playing for Sandy, signed an extension during the year (for one season I think)
Somewhat surprisingly if you ask me, but could be our CHB backup plan, especially if Fisher and / or Dempster pick up injuries

Had surgery late in the year and missed the finals from memory. He seemed to play much better as a KPB but it's hard to know if that was just the success of the surgery. He said preseason he was born without a protrusion in his shoulders that held the joint ion place. His shoulders kept popping and giving him pain and restricted movement. He had grafts similar to Warkworth with a node added top stop it popping. He said it work really well and was looking forward to being able to show what he could do. If he comes in its as a Dempster replacement as he plays well as more a third tall- he isn't strong enough for the outmuscling roles but can take a grab and has clean hands an excellent disposal.

What I don't understand is why Essendon should be recompensed 100% of full value for a guy that they have pissed off, is leaving, out of contract, and is a WADA risk. Why are we taking on their risks?

Not to mention 'full value' is absurd when you ask an Essendon supporter.

With future trade picks up for grabs, sure makes barracking against the opposition more heightened than ever! Port trade us next season's 1st rounder? Hope they lose every game :p

Pelchen on Carlisle

Recruiting guru Chris Pelchen believes Jake Carlisle will ultimately become a St Kilda player, despite the very good deal put together by Hawthorn.

“At the moment it’s just the deal that’s been put forward to Essendon is not as attractive as the deal put forward by Hawthorn,” said Pelchen on SEN’s Morning Glory.

“Jake is definitely keen on getting to the Saints and I think that’s ultimately where he’ll end up.”

“I think the pick 5 will still end up going to Essendon from St Kilda, but I think there’ll be a second round pick come back the other way.”

That's why they have such a bad reputation in trading. They don't help anyone with any trades, even though it's in their best interest to do so as it would net a better outcome for them.

No wonder there's whispers of Dodoro being sacked after this trade period
How good would it be to get Carlisle for donuts AND have Dodoro sacked all in a couple of weeks? :D

I'm dreaming :p

P S D !

Don't think it will happen, but dang doodle that would be priceless after all the Bombers huff and puff.

Why can't we do a fair deal for both parties? Because you're our bitches and you are refusing to assume your position.
