I'm not even sure Greenwood is best 22, let alone a 100 average.

The irony is he left North Melbourne due to feeling like he was going to get squeezed out of our midfield and wanted to go to another club where he was guaranteed a starting midfield spot.

Looking through the teams page for interest and note so many with Rocklff n the team. Yeah okay he is cheap at 550k for what he can produce at his bst but will he deliver that in the first month off the back of no preseason hit out after a hammy or whatever his injury was. For a similar price you can get a fit & ready to go Shiel, or even a ball magnet like Mitchell. If Rocky plays at his best he will only increase by about 100k max anyway so why all the love? Nobody seems to be selecting Selwood this year for about 10k more??
Ablett is in a similar situation but the guy is a freak, is Rocky though?

As we saw last year, Rockliff can average 100 with 1 functional limb. I'm not expecting him to average 120 out the gates, but I expect that I'm getting a 110+ averaging keeper over the 22 games for just 550k. That's a no-brainer; Lock. No one else can offer that, except for Selwood, who I am trying to fit in.

Rocky missed rounds 10-14 after missing earlier in the year also. In rounds 15-23 he averaged 121.3.

126 101 50 135 115 145 122 146 152 - half of those with broken ribs but only R16 and 18 witho Beams playing.
But Shiel, Mitchell not capable of 110+ over 22 or even higher? My golden rule is to not pick blokes of interrupted preseasons and it has generally served me well. Then with risk comes reward. Best of luck with your team
Making Rockys output even harder potentially? I have never started with Rocky yet and this year probably won't change now. Good luck with him if he makes your side

How was his preseason apart from pulling up sore from an intra-club game and getting on the piss?
Pretty good. Match fitness is the only question mark. If named round 1 there is a chance he'll pull up sore and miss a week. If he is fit, there is every chance he'll be a keeper though.
Zaharakis or even Merrit as Someone has to stand up and take Watson, Heppell etc points but which one is a tough question. Merrit could be a handy pod fwd mid tbh

far out he had a pre season, in fact he had an entire pre season. He traveled to Mackay to play a nab match but was cancelled... it's not like he has been in a moon boot or sling for 6 weeks he hasn't missed a training session. He had tightness in his back 3 days out from a nab match and didn't play a nothing game.
He's going to average around 30 disposals this year IMO Brad averaged 25 disposals in his first year which is 10 more than his brother Matt (amongst other stats) in even Matt's second year. The sign of a genuine star. It's his year to explode especially with danger gone and Thompson pretty much past it at 33

Nope. Selwood is underpriced. Danger is fully priced and both should average about the same.
