Any of you West Coast lads jumping on the Yeo wagon? I know he's DEF in SC, but should be running round the guts this year... represents some value one would think? (or is he Newnes 2.0)

Alright, he's staying in... :)

Having looked through the past 3 years stats, no team has had 3 players go 110+
It seems the best a 3rd player can do is around the 107 mark.
So I'm thinking my love-child Duncan may have to go as Danger and Selwood are more likely to go super-premo.

Although an average of 107 would still be top 15 based on last year's stats, so not terrible, especially from a 490k player...
Decision, decisions...

In 2014 Collingwood had Beams, Pendlebury and Sidebottom who averaged 115, 124 and 113

He's the type of player you really look for in fantasy sports.

Was played out of position a lot last year.
Has played over 70 games, so should be at a better level in terms of fitness and ability.
Is able to be picked as a defender despite being more of a midfielder

...yet I don't have him!

I had him last year and there were some big highs, but it's very hard to shake the lows, even if it was because he was forced to play RUCK!!

I don't know quite why I don't have him, I guess it's just that I fear he's not THAT great a midfielder, he's more a half-forward, and he can go missing a bit. This pre-season he's been OK without really jumping out at me, from what I saw of him I expected his scores to be higher, but it didn't seem to translate.

I probably don't have him because I simply can't fit him in.
I prefer McGovern in that 450k range, and don't want to downgrade Laird, and can't afford to upgrade Sheridan/Lonergan.

I've got him but he's one of the only risks Im taking. Rather take risks in the backline and with guys I follow their form.
He's as 50/50 as it gets. At least he wont go backwards.

I don't get that. He should get to 450k+ fairly quickly whilst scoring much better than a rookie. Early downgrade of a bench rookie for 100-120k profit and you can upgrade Crouch for a 550-600k premo by Rd8. Alternatively you keep Crouch for longer is he's tracking at 100ppg+
I think he'll get to 550k fairly quickly. I love this guy. Fully fit I think he'll make top 12 midfielder list.

Do you have Fyfe.....I have both Danger and Selwood atm....just not sure if I should change Danger to Fyfe!!
Get both. They'll be in the Top 3. Set and forget.

Running a
Fyfe/Danger/Gaz/Rockliffe/M.Crouch/Liber/Mills/Oliver starting Mid.

What do people think about going M.Crouch over Brad... good P.O.D or am i stupid?

Fyfe or Dangerfield, Pendlebury, Ablett, Gray, Rockliff, B.Crouch, Mills, Menadue (Davis, Hewett, Jansen)

Fyfe/Dangerfield, Selwood, Priddis and Beams the upgrade targets for me. Not sure on the Fyfe/Danger debate, want both, can't without compromising my team. I don't imagine either will be unattainable during the year though. Selwood I'll have to make a call one early I expect, he could fly out of the blocks but I do find it amusing that everyone here who goes on about nab cup meaning nothing jump on board a VFL performance...anyway, I just don't think I can justify Selwood for the moment. Wait and see. Priddis after round 9 is my hope if everything goes well, and Beams would be the last piece of the puzzle

The jumping on Selwood has nothing to do with HOW he went in the VFL, it was that just that he got through.
The guy is a top 5 SC player year after year, and at 550k represents terrific value.

If he didn't have his foot injury he'd be in 40% of teams right now, but seeing that he got through and looked VERY fit, we now know he's good to go.
There is no guessing on his ability, we know what he's capable of, and he demonstrated on Friday that he's in good nick.

...but please don't take him :)
