Confidence is one thing, having relevant experience is an entirely different matter.
Port need experienced strategic assistants to compliment Hinkley.
The way they arent working hard enough i suggest they would still be 2 and 3. They wouldnt have beaten us, GWS or Geelong. Instead of losing by a lot they probably would only lose respectably

Correct. Their problem starts after the ruck contest 99% of the time. Setting up to a losing ruck contest isn't that hard. They could bring Sandilands in and still be where they were at. Fremantle not exactly travelling like winners before Sandi was injured.
Actually copyright is an inherent right that comes into effect as soon as something is created and exists for 70 years after the life of the Author.
Hence the term "the Dash brothers" would be covered under copyright as long as it could be shown that it wasn't independently created by the SEN journalist (i.e. You need to show it was copied).

A lot of people don't realise that there are some murky issues around slander and publication for putting things on the internet as well. There have been cases overseas pursuing people over things they have written. Some have been thrown out but there are a couple that have been successfully prosecuted. Now there is a lot about the stalking and revenge stuff and impersonation that the law hasn't caught up to yet.
For the SEN thing, it was more a case of the lack of respect from the journo that I objected through in claiming he had come up with something original. He might have, but it was a little too close to a coincidence considering the thread in here.

Copyright law is far more complex than that. For example, you can't copyright the title of a film or play. Nor can you copyright the name of a character in a play, film or book. I doubt Dash Brothers could be deemed copyright quite apart from the fact that two people may have independently thought of the term.
Attribution is polite though.

Wow. Just spoke with a friend who knows a port player very well. There are major issues between coaches and players. Culture is for coaches to simply yell at players and they've stopped listening. The players are also yelling at each other often and Ken is not leading. Voss is hopeless. Koch and management have not been focusing on building a football program as all on revenue.Now they are jumping up and down. Tearing apart from the sound of it!
