We're still bagging Port (fun I know:D), but they're one win behind us with 7 out of 9 easily winnable games coming up. **** I didn't know their fixture was that soft! I can see it now - will beat all the crappy teams and nek minnit top 4. lololol

Port have won 19 out of their last 40 minor round games

Serious question are they really capable of winning 7 out of 9 games?

I have my doubts especially considering the manner in which they are losing

I heard some Port player yesterday - wasn't watching the TV so I didn't see who it was - say that they were working on things at training and that takes a couple of weeks to bed down ... so this week or next week people will start to see it pay off.

FFS.

If that was coming out of my club, I'd be furious.

They will lose games in the next month that they expect to win, no doubt. They have a much tougher run home, and will get found out.

I reckon Kern is in trouble. They will eat him alive if the season stays on it's current trajectory. It will cost them a packet too.

After watching Koch make a complete balls up of that club, you know who I have gained massive respect for?

James Brayshaw

He could be all showy as North president, and he acts like a bit of a tool on TFS and Triple M (though his Triple M show with the Chief, Frawley, etc is the best thing on radio) yet he doesn't act all billy big boots as North president and his patience and belief in Tweedledum looks like it's paying off this season. Who would have thought, eh?
"Billy big boots":D

We are 23 from our last 40*, which covers four coaches

*includes finals, although you'd ask, have Port played finals in their last 40 games?

That was Jonas, lol. That was played on Rowie and Bicks and both of them shut it down. There is just spin spin spin. What I think they are gunning for is a win or two in the next couple of weeks to hang their hat on and suggest there are no problems. They are a club in trouble.

It's incredible that since Round 18 2011 we've had 6 coaches over 99 games for 57 wins (57.58%)

According to Douchey in today's Advertiser he doesn't think that Ken Hinkley's lack of having a Plan B really matters because his Plan A is supposedly amazing.

Yet back in 2011 he wrote an article where he bagged how Neil Craig had no Plan B and how "many struggle to see any shift in Adelaide's tactics when this system fails. Perception of the Crows under pressure is Craig demands everyone stay true to Plan A - and work harder at it"

Sounds a hell of lot like Hinkley's mantra doesn't it, but rather than attack Hinkley for having no Plan B Rucci has flip flopped and now thinks there's nothing wrong with a coach not having a Plan B.

Yep they are ripping into Choco now

I like the reference to "never to be surpassed" 119:D

Yep, you blokes have got the record

Thankfully he defected just in time to experience 119. At the time he though he was jumping on to the gravy train :$

Hinkley could fart every answer in a press conference and Rucci would spin it into a pro port article. In other words its what ever suits his agenda. If the Crows lost the next 5 matches he would bag the Crows and Pyke at every opportunity including the game plan. He is just a horrible footy Journo with even less credibility in the industry.
