I've always thought Hibberd is more a DT pick than SC pick
Accumulator but doesn't always translate to SC points, similar to those outside mid types like Hunter and Gaff.

Keefe is about 25k too much, but if he's guaranteed games he may be worth a look at D6, depending on what else is out there in rookie land, particularly if he can sneak some ruck time in.

Never looked like a ruck or fwd to me anyway.
Had a slow end to the year. I believe playing injured. I'm also interested in him this year. Could see him playing more midfield time although wouldn't surprise me if he did play back a little to. Hibberd coming in fills that role though.
He is definitely worth watching in JLT.

Funny. Every year we get fluff pieces about defenders "getting more midfield time" and premo mids now "getting more time up forward". All a load of shit. Sure teams experiment but they always revert back to their original spots when 4pts are on the line.

That's not entirely true, Dimma said Vlas had to hone the defensive side of his game and that's why he's playing BP/HB.
He said that after he'd played about 6 AFL games.
He's still stuck in the back pocket, 74 games later.
That lasted
But for real tho I really wanna pick Vlas.
In his 3rd AFL game he scored 105, followed up by a 141, a 87 in a 5 goal loss then bagged 3 snags out of the middle against the Wet Toast for 108 points.
That's when Dimma decided we didn't need any more midfielders and that he'd make a pearler of a BP. What a bellend. Just put him back in the midfield you numpty.

D5 - M. Scharenberg
D6 - Berry
Really like my first 3 picks, also will stick with Scharenberg assuming he plays some JLT & named Rnd1, Thurlow is an interesting one as he may play JLT but still might come back through VFL at start of season but he's there at moment for me, and Berry is just there at moment until JLT then we see how certain rookies are going

Curious as to how Vince gets more mid minutes?
Surely Brayshaw, Petracca, Clayton and other kids get more minutes beside Jones, Lewis and co before Vince gets any.
It's going to be interesting to see. It really won't surprise me if Petracca plays more forward still. Brayshaw will get more minutes and if Oliver is fit enough he will to.
I could see our midfield being
C - Lewis Jones Vince
R - Gawn Tyson Viney
The likes of Brayshaw Petracca and Oliver etc will rotate through. Anyway that's just my guess.

Vince suffers on all fronts I reckon. Hibberd will take points/disposals running off the back. Lewis entering their midfield, along with the natural progression of some of the young guns surely hurts his points/disposals out of the midfield as well. I really liked him as a pick when I heard he was D/M in 2016, but the more I think about it the more I just see him playing a good season, at around 85-90 which is a bust IMO. I just don't see the UPside.
