I think 2017 will show the world how underrated Enright was. Tuohy will not cover over the cracks he leaves, Delidio might have, they should have prioritised Delidio over Tuohy but in hindsight, they probably realised they couldn't afford G. Ablett if they got Delidio.

I haven't studied Geelong's draw, but I imagine it's tougher than their 2016 draw.

Losing Caddy and Bartel will also hurt their midfield depth.

Under current law you can post as much of a copyrighted work as you see fit for the purposes of critiquing it ;)

Thanks fair use policies
Even Fotos of Brad Ebert?

I believe there's a special clause in copyright law that allows unlimited reproduction of Brad Ebert photos

Wrong................

Copyright is a form of intellectual property that protects the original expression of ideas. It enables creators to manage how their content is used.
There is no registration system for copyright under Australian law. Certain forms of expression, such as text, images and music, are automatically covered by copyright under the Copyright Act.
So any of Power Pete's images cannot be reproduced without his permission.
He does allow any image to be copied if it goes on the Port Board.

It was a joke mate .....can't you recognize a bit of humorous banter

Go back and read what was said about the photo even after Power Pete requested that it be removed.
Yes saw that .....but your comment related to the most recent post, which was nothing more than banter

41A Fair dealing for purpose of parody or satire

A fair dealing with a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work, or with an adaptation of a literary, dramatic or musical work, does not constitute an infringement of the copyright in the work if it is for the purpose of parody or satire.

Well at least you and a few others now know copyright law regarding Power Pete's photos that he posts.

Still waiting for official words from the higher ups.

"You are granting us with a non-exclusive, permanent, irrevocable, unlimited license to use, publish, or re-publish your Content in connection with the Service. You retain copyright over the Content"

You don't find it cringeworthy that this was even an issue?
I Cant answer that as they are not my Photo's.
I do know that Pete has the right to put copyright on them as they are his property and he does have the right to ask for them to be removed if copied.

Nope.
But the stills you stole from the AFC You tube video you had no trouble posting ! No link at all either.
Hypocritical don't you think ?
Or was that your version of a"critique" or "satire"?

He probably should read the conditions of BigFooty before posting his photos then! ;)

Ps. Why are you making such a big deal out of this, when Pete hasn't said anything on our board?

It's super cringeworthy.

But it's the port Adelaide way !
They are already making plans to pinch Phillips if they get a women's team, by suggesting she announces her retirement... Problem is, she won't be coming out of retirement by the time they have a team...But they do have China. :)

Would you let me know the outcome thanks

So I presume Ebert signed a release? or the AFL since they claim ownership of all photos of players in uniform on or off the field?
