Like Van Berlo and Thompson before them, I think they both need to be given the SANFL-only wind-up next year, to allow this team to progress.

They might be good blokes and hard trainers, but they are painfully mediocre footballers given their experience level and seemingly "automatic" selection week in, week out.

Could not agree more ... Dougy and Mackay have been good the last 6-8 weeks but when the tru pressure hits they go wanting .
Crows are going to find it hard to get there again for awhile .
