Oh and an update on who i want in the draft.

13 Constable
21 Bonar
26 Kelly
32 Worple / Taylor
37 Taylor / Starcevich / Miller

R1 Shloithe / Banfield / best available remaining mature ager
R2 Scott Jones

There is a petrucelle every year who impresses at the combine and then fails to make it. Do not want.
Oscar Allen i wouldn't touch with a barge pole.

In regards to Bonar in particular and other players with significant injuries in their last 18-24 months of juniors. You either need exposed form once back or you take the chance on them on this basis alone. Were they great at reading the play and how has their physical growth been since the injuries. If they were great at reading the play and their body style and size is similar to before their injury then pick them up.

IF they grow 8 inches in those 2 years like Swift then you don't touch them.

Would it be worth grabbing him with our pick 37?
We can get a but mesmerized by the possibilities that come with untried draftees, but there might be more value in bringing in a very talented Garlett at that pick. There's calls to grab a Kelly or Ryan with one of our second rounders, no reason why Garlett shouldn't be considered.

A distinct possibility.

Im really warming to Ben Miller as our one and only tall taken in the main deaft this year. Played kp defense in the u18 carnival but as a forward early in his career. Described at a Fletcher type at 195cm with a long reach. At the combine scored 30 from 30 in the goal kicking, top 3 in the 20m sprint and top 3 in the agility test.

He's not been mentioned in any top 30 or 35 rankings and one thing we do well is develop talls. Could at best be the Kennedy replacement we need to bring in or worst a very good kp back.

This is on the basis that Brayshaw is already taken. The funny thing however is that Hunter Clark is a great option and who we may take IF we can secure Bonar at 21 i would take Constable ahead of him. It is a big if however because it's about looking at who you take overall as a package and the role you see for them in the future.

This team is so ******* inept. From the CEO to the bitchy social media campaigner. Flying high on nepotism and friendships. Team will go ******* nowhere for a long time whilst it's all one conservative boys club. Watch as Ah Chee and our draftees do **** all of note for their careers at WC. The recruitment staff are pure shit. The development coaches are pure shit. Bunch of ******* useless unqualified shit campaigners running the club, what do you expect besides mediocrity? Pussies. Conservative pussies who are unable to make any 'hard' calls. Jobs for the boys, paychecks. That's all they seem to care about. This Nisbett campaigner is cancer, quicker he ****s off the better.
You'd have more fun discussing your own team on the freo board.

Much prefer Taylor, perfect future FB replacement for Emac while he isn't going to be showy is the exact type i can see being very successful at the top level. Miller however is still a very good option and i'm big on him. I'd be happy to take both of them with 32 and 37 as long as we can secure the right balance of midfield options with our first 3 picks.

Last year i thought this years draft was going to be super strong and littered with talls. The tall prospects really havent come on which is why the depth as seen as being roughly 30 good prospects rather than 50. In the top 5 picks i don't see any franchise type players with them all being that next tier down. However there are going to be guys who have really strong careers out of this draft.

Going into 2013 it looked to be a really weak draft but look at some of the players picked up outside of the first round. You never know until a few years later.

I am away down in Yallingup trying to chill out and relax.

Then I get on here for an update of thought and news and find names like Palmer and Miles are being bandied around ....... Good Lord NO

Such names are needed to be completely ignored by me ,best I just pretend as if I had never read the posts .... Otherwise they have the potential to unsettle a peaceful holiday .

Constable = policemen
Clarke = second coming of Jesus

Jesus:died for our sins
Police: revenue raisers

Therefore, Clarke> constable
You claim to be a supporter but then consistently spell CLARK incorrectly! Your cheers and support for Hunter are losing face as a result.

The only Miles and Palmer I’m concerned with is the miles I’ll be putting into my palm later on, ya feel me?

If Higgins slid and was available along with Clark, who would you choose?
Higgins. I think we can pick up L Fogarty and Spargo and Worpel in the 20’s to provide inside mid
That said, I would be happy with both.

I can’t see Higgins going past Carlton. Pity

If D Fogarty has gone before Adelaide pick, they may also go Higgins.
