He named himself Cyril Rioli???
Hopefully the mods do their job soon.I said at your club not the AFL. Never realized you had Cyril Rioli.

Bye.Don't worry Nakia, won't upset you anymore.
From George on the St Kilda board
"Welcome to the forums mate."
From Nakia on the Geelong board
"Why do you care?"
Grow up buddy.
I think that's enough Wilburman. It appears your comments have aggravated regular Geelong posters, and as this is the Geelong Board, it might be best for you to move on...at least until our respective teams meet.
And don't engage me or anyone else in further debate please... I'm sure you don't need a day off to think about it.
Are you lost? It doesn't matter. You inflamed things with the 'overrated' comment. Contribute constructively or move along.I know if I was a moderator I'd be looking at what caused it here which was the sarcastic response to a simple question 'why do you care'. No need for it.

I'm not here to argue with you. Your instructions are clear.Yeah I inflamed things. But what started it ? I asked a simple question. Was not rude or anything whatsoever. Anyway, considering every other board I have been too has been fine except yours, I guess the Dangerfield situation has upset a few and aren't in a good mood. Bye sooks.
Saw McCarthy at the Season Launch last Friday + was staggered at the upper body bulk he's added! Same for Gregson.Anyone hear anything on Linc? Hip surgery last year, I was of the opinion he was tracking well this pre season but not listed in any pre season games and all is very quiet. In my opinion a extremely vital player for us so is he in rehab again or not?
Hahahahahaha!!Any chance that someone knows anyone working at the hospital where the scans are done and they can maybe alter Stanley's scans to make them look worse and have him out for half the season?
We seem to have skated through most of pre-season without much incident, then the last couple of weeks it all seems to have blown up... when apparently we have been flogging the guys.
So were the club just not telling us if people were hurt early (highly likely since the didn't really have a media team then)
or has the increase in workload and tempo impacted players? Which also isn't great as if they can't handle that... then getting through a season is a worry.
or is it just one of those things?
Seems to me they went easier before christmas, then ramped up training with lots of long match simulation sessions after christmas. And then the injuries started. I guess it's lucky most are only minor 2 or 3 week injuries.It ALWAYS concerns me when the Club constantly announce Player X is having the best ever preseason!
So far:
Ablett a slight hamstring strain;
Cockatoo has a niggle in his calf;
Narkle ACL - joined training
Crameri's omission from JLT is concerning;
Henderson, apparently on track for Rd1 - could mean anything
Dangerfield low-grade hamstring strain;
Stanley low-grade calf strain;
Checked the GFC website -
Injury report on the GFC website was last updated on 13 December 2017, with the most recent player update on 11 May 2017
"GEELONG has gone against “the popular view” by tailoring a pre-season program that favours player availability over gruelling training sessions.
Mindful of the dangers of burning out players, the Cats believe they are seeing the benefits of highly controlled training that differs slightly from past years.
The Cats are willing to give up the extra “1 per cent” and be potentially perceived as “going soft” to ensure their players are given the best chance of seeing out the season.
Geelong’s injury issues last year were highlighted by the need to play eight debutants, including four off the rookie list, after a revolving door of injuries.
But the Cats were also among the fittest teams in the AFL, with stats showing they were league leaders at finding an extra gear and scoring in final quarters."

EFAThe lack of Gardener in the last 2's at leastprobablyconfirms an injury
Interesting that he was named at all in the JLT 1 squad though
