Key positions in backline starting to become worrying now
Look at it as an opportunity. We have players that can be tried there. Now’s the time.

Save the worry for when key forwards start hurting us.
 
Nakia has said these guys are all replaceable, and so far so good.
Blicavs now becomes even more important.
We have some depth in the key back area and now it gives somebody else an opportunity.

I was critical of the MC not giving Gardner a run in the JLT last year and that experience would have come in handy now.

Buddy, Kennedy, Lynch, Cameron, Patton, Hipwood, Roughie...
But stopping lace-out delivery to these guys is imperative

He had a niggle JLT but wouldn’t be against bringing him for this game.

That is a quick recovery from Narkle. Must be at least a couple months ahead of schedule. I was under the impression his preparation wasn’t overly professional, but he must have done well in his rehab. Good signs.

Seems like normal timing to me. Most players are in full training quicker than you would think, but it takes a couple months from that point to be game ready cause their fitness levels are pretty low from no running. From what i have seen in the past anyway.
 
According to AFL.com.au, Linc has re-joined the main group in training.
