Love the way I can be driving up the Bruce highway QLD between Ayr and Townsville listening to the SANFL Crows streaming through my Bluetooth car stereo, not to mention the 3500 songs stored in my iPhone. :thumbsu:

Say what!!!

What station do you listen to that on.

SANFL app. Even though I joked that it was made by someone’s 13 year old kid. ****ing awful thing. I needed to go to settings - display and brightness - and set to ‘never’ turn display off. While trying to not crash the car. It would stop the stream when the screen closes.
I also listen to AFL app set to 5AA so I can listen to Rowe being a 1eyed Crows supporter.

Oh yep!

Forgot about the app. Possibly because its so terrible and not many people use it.

I think you might be on to something.

Now, Roo and Blighty might make good listening for the higher footy intellects on this board, but let's be honest, as an on-air duo they probably wouldn't set the airwaves (ratings) on fire. I'm not sure I'd want to listen to them for too long.

However. Adding Tredders is the key. Add in a proven media performer, with credibility, someone who has a bit more spark and an eye for just enough "controversy" to keep the talkback line running / the listeners interested, without going overboard into tabloid clickbait territory.

Yes. Roo + Blight + Tredders (or maybe I don't know, Kym Dillon or whoever) could fly. Won't happen, sadly.

Tredders is by far the best that I've heard and/or read. Not convinced on Blight, I think some of his sheep may have left the paddock.

Would have been great if one of our retired players with half an idea about words greater than 2 syllables ended up in the media.

Van Berlo could have been good. I also liked Thommo’s stuff on Triple M but he’s now coaching.

Not being brainwashed by the AFL spin as players, should “keep them in good stead”. Then they could “play one game at a time” while not “getting ahead of themselves”.

Most players would need to be re-educated after their playing careers so they can stop speaking in cliche’s.

Not in today world, We have been hearing them since dot. so "I will leave you with this"
"Seize the day" and take "One day at a time" never forgetting " its your time now" all the time remembering that "All that glitters isn't gold" don't forget to "Read between the lines", but above all "We're not laughing at you we’re laughing with you"

1-31 over 2 years, being a Sturt supporter it brings back painful memories of the early to mid 90s.

Can an AFL Coach these days be spruiking elite standard, when you look like this ? ......IMO it's hard to get players respect

He’s the Suns coach right?

He could wear his 3 premiership medals, which I think is more than everyone else at the club combined, and tell them “my way or the highway”
