Very interesting comparison. They both probably played their best seasons in 2016 and even then they were evenly split.

You are asking the wrong question Lives in a Basement and make Gifs Guy. :stern lookDon't you know GG's game?
It's only the wrong question if you don't know the answer. You are asking the wrong question Lives in a Basement and make Gifs Guy. :stern look
Personally i am not going to hold much of a opinion on LDU and Ahern until they get one or two pre seasons under their belt
So you choose a player playing out of position vs. a player playing their best position and call that context?Context:
Both playing wing. Scully 2017/Tyson 2018.

ppl are saying he's a goal kicking mid....for a mid that's played 100 games they should've at least kicked more than 2 goals in a game, otherwise they're just a mid, end of.You're surely not expecting bags from a mid fielder? He CAN hit the scoreboard is the key.
That's all I can do in this instance isnt it?So you choose a player playing out of position vs. a player playing their best position and call that context?
Let's be real here, GWS are reportedly paying Scully 500k a year. They are willing to left one of the better wingers in the game go for slightly above average AFL wage?! Something stinks...
Where does that leave us regarding our 1st pick next year?
We have traded out our 4th next year, so if we trade out our 2nd next year as well, does that mean we need to find a 4th and a 2nd to replace them next season to be able to trade our 1st?
What a mouthful!

I'd rather wait until trade period is finished before criticising tbh anyway. I remember there's been questions before it ended past few years. Will work out in the end and we'll see why.
Not happy with Preuss going. But F him. And I do like Tyson...and as you said competition for spots will make players perform more consistent.
Depth is what we need and we're building it. We aren't going to be happy with everything but the end result, bar Gaff (but that is on him), looks to be pretty good.
So lets hear it, how about we get big ol' Levi from the Blues to fill the gap left by Waite? Can mark cant kick well but Brownny might be able to teach him.

How does it even get to this situation. A tight cap is one thing, but getting rid of a number of players and still overboard salary cap wise is just plain ridiculous.Yeah....their salary cap is a cluster ****

They expected to have multiple premierships by now and to hell with the fall out.How does it even get to this situation. A tight cap is one thing, but getting rid of a number of players and still overboard salary cap wise is just plain ridiculous.
But now they have to sell him to stay there whereas it was the opposite. With all the players going out the circle will go around again...like I said a long time ago their best chance was 2016 as it was their sweet spot in terms of their list rotation and having the ability to have the list they had biven by the AFL. Now the players are getting pushed out.Bit worried about gws salary dumping... reckon they are aiming to throw a heap of cash to keep JK
The pick in the 60s is irrelevant and not the point.
If we had just stuck with picks for Preuss and Polec (coming the other way), we probably would've had more ammunition for another move ie. TS, not mention not going into debt next year.
It's irrelevant now I guess anyway, so *shrug*
Oh yeh I was more speaking in the lines of I think with live trading and no doubt we'll do something with numbers perhaps on the last day.....but with live trading I don't know. My point was more I'd rather wait until it's all done.I think we're about done with trades mate. Pruess doesn't worry me, we don't rate him, but I would like to just add this, I think we've collectively (NMFCBF) focused on missing Gaff and not looking at what we've picked up. had a chat today about Polec and," he beat us on his own this year, we tried unsuccessfully to tag him".
Stats from said game.....

Tyson imo will swap fwd with Cunners.
Pittard is the "one" that excites us a bit, we have some inside info there. Excites from the pov he cost us bugger all and a few things going on at Port.
Polec- gun my thoughts only
Hall- plenty of opportunities as we get the ball and if he can position himself correctly he'll enjoy his time at North.
Looking forwrd to us pushing top 4 in 2019, we're bitterly disappointed in missing finals this year, and feel our best is good enough. Time to deliver boys!!
