Lol at Melbourne-Freo bunfight. Go Belly. I don't care, but that's why it's fun.

Don't think money will be the factor think JK said his mum was annoyed he not was returning to vicBit worried about gws salary dumping... reckon they are aiming to throw a heap of cash to keep JK
Patton???? The bloke cant kick.IMO we should be seeing if we can lure Patton over for a salary dump. Will be cheap due to the 3 ACL's but it's a low risk, high reward. Give him the entire year off like we did to Ahern and see what can happen. Brown needs help and we are putting a lot of eggs into the Larkey basket.
Probably me. I've written it about 5 times since the injury. People forget and when it gets brought up they think "yeah I've heard that too!"
The system works.
Scully would be pissed if Kelly took his wing again..Like wingard Scully really isn't 'that' good.
As a wingman he isn't quite at the same level as Polec.
Maybe offer up a future 2nd round pick. That would be a bargain, but not sure we really need him.
38.16 (70.4% accuracy) + 45.23 (66.2%) in his only full seasons.Patton???? The bloke cant kick.
I've heard it all now!!! In all seriouslyness.. .

So was jacky watts, sometimes we need to let go of the numbers.38.16 (70.4% accuracy) + 45.23 (66.2%) in his only full seasons.
For comparisons sake
Ben Brown
61.24 (71.8%) + 63.30 (70%) + 41.18 (70%)
So he's pretty good. All we need to do is play him close to goal. He's a former number 1 draft pick.
Lets think logical for a second. GWS are willing to part with Scully for cheap. Just like Sydney parted Hanners for cheap.
I've heard Scully's ankle injury was not only horrific but that his body (like Hanners) has taken an absolute pounding over the years (unsurprising given the amount of km's he's ran since his teenage years). He will not be a player that plays that long after 30.
Polec's 2018 is better than anything Scully has done. Remember this is a player that was woeful at Melbourne for a long time. Let's not overrate him because telstra tracker spoke about how much he ran during a finals series.

The difference being 1 is sitting in the stands because he's had 3 knee reco's. Jack Watts is 2 years older but he's nearly played 100 more games. Boyd has been relatively injury free also.So was jacky watts, sometimes we need to let go of the numbers.
As much as I like the idea of Patton, he’d be competing with Boyd as the highest paid player, sitting in the stands.
Exactly why I was pissed off on Tuesday, if we were going to burn through points like this, we should've at least done it chasing quality/what we need.
Definitely half. Could probably get him for pick 68. OR trade 68 to Carlton for pick 69 and use that due to the luck it has brought us. Carlton will be happy to do so knowing it has something to do with GWS.You'd be wanting GWS to pay half of his wage and then that's half a mill for a bloke that will be 27 before he gets back on the field (in the instance of a season break to fix himself). Maybe if he was two years younger but in the current climate the risk outweighs the reward.
This has probably already been discussed somewhere in the last 20 pages, but I can't be arsed reading back through them.
We currently own picks 31, 42, 58, 68 & 86. Will that be enough for us to select both Thomas and Scott? It doesn't seem like enough, especially when we will most likely have to part with one of these for Hall.
Hogan's Navicular not as good as GoDees medical report said ?

Even Levi Casboult would get a gig their forward line next year.If I had to bet on it right now I’d be backing Hogan to be at Freo next year.
Good Call!If I had to bet on it right now I’d be backing Hogan to be at Freo next year.
I'd rather wait until trade period is finished before criticising tbh anyway. I remember there's been questions before it ended past few years. Will work out in the end and we'll see why.We will be much improved next year compared to this year.
In, Tyson, Pittard, Polec, Hall, Jacobs, McKay and fingers crossed Garner and I firmly believe Ahern has much improvement left in him.
There's competition for spots that we never had before. Also we cleaned out the potato cupboard.
Good stuff North
