I hoped they wouldn't bowl Wade. I just imagine Langer thinking "Wade didn't make runs and his bowling is harmless, maybe Mitch can come in next test, he can't be any worse".
Game will be over by lunch tomorrow. Poms will have close to a 200 lead. With our batting line up, we'll be lucky to make them bat again tbh. If we go in with the same 11 next match, i won't bother watching.

Yeah, any chase over 150 will have it's moments of nerves. But without a couple of wickets here with the new ball, we are really going to struggle to set them anything in that region.
Yesterday was poor batting, but thanks to rearguard action made it a passable day. Without something similar here, this is a bitterly disappointing for our bowlers. Still 8ish overs to rescue something.

What changes would you make.
Surely if the selectors think this is the best 11 then they get more than 1 game to prove themselves?

Doesn't bother me unless it matters in a game sense, no one is benefiting from it, unlike other Ashes games when the Physio is out on the ground every over and time is an issue.

The call needs to be made post match, Smith needs to be reinstated, it's a no brainer, meaning it won't happen with the Muppet's running our side.
