Disagree with the last sentence. If we can have video and snicko and ball tracking technology make decisions, then I don’t see why we can’t have a 3rd umpire make that kind of decision.

It was even clearer on the replay that he wasn’t playing a shot.

Regarding the criticism of the selectors made in this thread:

Wade - I was wrong
Starc - I'm neutral
Warner - back him, he'll definitely come good
Bancroft - yeah nah
Paine - he's not going anywhere and Smith won't be captain anytime soon, also there's nobody else to realistically consider for the role right now

Great test so far, if we can win this it will be right up there with the classics
