Honestly, tonight wasn’t a bad crowd. Myself, a long with a lot of Essendon fans have had enough of 15 years of crap results and have given up. Good crowd.
An OK crowd considering the way the Dons are playing.Looks like the crowds are holding up quite good this week.
The MCC are predicting 57K today for the Rich v Hawks clash Over 60K would be a great result.
With the round total standing at 205,622 the 300,000 mark should be beaten again this week.
Will depend on the Port and Richmond matches getting over 90k between them as the Giants will only get 10 - 12 K in Sydney

Yep looks like it may get to 25k so it will be touch and go for the 300K

Could be a big crowd in Round 12 when Richmond play Geelong at the G Friday Night.

The weekend is packed for sport and events which will dilute crowds all weekend. A league final, Fa Cup, election, Eurovision.
I think the standard of umpiring has also deterred some Essendon fans as well.

231k for the round so far with the MCG and Showgrounds crowds to come. Should be back over 300k.
I'm at the Tigers/Hawks game and it looks well above 57k; top deck of Ponsford is packed. Guessing in the 65-70k range.
Well the showgrounds won't provide much help towards that.
Fair to say the twilight Sunday timeslot has failed, Stinker of a crowd.

I think Sunday 4:40pm is significantly worse than 3:20pm.
The supposed badness of 3:20pm is significantly overstated, in my opinion.

9,599 for GWS / Carlton. Takes us over 300k for the round again.
Absolutely 4.40 is worse but not sure if they have that time slot anymore in Vic.
I dont mind 3.20 but many hate it, just ask the hawks fans they detest it.
MCC estimated 57K so to get 65K was impressive.
Next week "weather permitting" Rich V Ess Dreamtime should hit or get close to 85K
