Out of curiosity I've dug through statsguru to see how many ODIs these two teams have played against full members between the end of the 2015 World Cup and the start of these qualifiers.

West Indies: 40 (35 against teams that have qualified for the 2019 WC, 2 against Zimbabwe, 3 against Afghanistan, 0 against Ireland)
Scotland: 6 (0 against teams that have qualified for the 2019 WC, 2 against Zimbabwe, 2 against Afghanistan, 2 against Ireland)

Who are Scotland's best bats I knew Coetzer and Cross had made runs in the tournament is there anyone else. (Haven't really watched the scots play)

Coetzer and MacLeod, and, if he matches the talent he's shown so far, Jones may well be too.

Preston Mommsen should be there too, but he's retired at 30 because Scotland don't get enough money to pay their players. Matt Machan should also be there, but he's retired at 27 because of a wrist injury.

This rain doesn’t look like it’ll be around for long.

Liam Brickhill, our correspondent at the ground, says: "The rain is getting much heavier now, and where we had patches of blue we now have only grey. There are also big puddles forming on the covers." He adds: Local knowledge suggests that if the rain comes from the Golf Course End, it could be the sort that sets in. That's the side that this storm came from."
