I'm so excited to be picking up Zac Williams this guy is a match winner.

I'm really keen on Adam Saad but Essendon picked him up 3 years ago for a future 2nd round pick. Is Saad a better player at the Bomber than what he was at the suns? I dont think he is. I dont think we should pay more than a 2nd round pick.

Owies has to get elevated from cat b to cat a (if we keep him) so that fills one rookie spot, if Moore were to stay for whatever reason I believe he would move from supplementery selection to normal rookie list so that would fill the other.

Can't be more thrilled with Williams nominating us, not only for his talent but the fact our club has clearly been working hard during the season on this and have done such a good job that he's nominated us so quickly. The strengths he provides to our midfield are our biggest deficiencies right now: Elite disposal, break-away speed, and two-way running.

He is an absolute perfect fit for us and I'm over the moon it's looking like he'll be in navy blue.

Is he on 750k though? Even if he is I'd assume like most of our contracts signed within that timeframe it is heavily front-loaded, so shouldn't impact our ability to sign talent going forward.

If true we need to throw all the kitchen sinks we can find at it and get it done, was easily my favourite in his draft year and would totally transform our midfield, Cripps, Walsh, Taranto, Williams, Setters and Ed wowee just to good to be true.

While we are at it why not add McLuggage on the opposite wing to Walsh as well, oh yeah baby the 2 best young wings in the game. We can dream.
