Cameron and Xerri... raises a few eyebrows.

I haven't seen that many raised eyebrows since they announced they were making Jumanji 2.

Don't disagree with your thoughts .....at $415K is a 95 ave good as a stepping stone ...to a Kelly as an example

I also agree re Martin ....frustrates me, but as a DPP, and the fact Heeney frustrates me even more .....I'm going to gamble on Martin .....but prepare for the melts
Hanners is a lock for me a full pre season injury free and he at least should make some cash while scoring well and upgrade to a premo later. Best scenario he averages well over a 100 and holds his place for the year saving trades. :padlock:

Latest iteration.

Neale, safer but overpriced, most likey, makes way for the risky, yet potentially very rewarding Josh Kelly.

Plenty of $$$ in the bank for the troublesome D5 and F5 spots.
Interesting Team

I have a habit of always picking one sub premo-priced mid to start that I expect to explode and go 110+ this season. Got Jelly right a couple of years back, hoping that stud McCluggage can do it this year :moustache:

I'm still spewing I didn't keep him in my team last year after picking him preseason as a breakout contender. Hope he goes gangbusters for you

You don't trust Steven or Smith as a cheap forward? Real Guns and Rookies setup is good in theory but with so many rookies I'd be worried about job security. You may be struggling to field 6 in the backs or forwards by week 4 or 5 if things don't go your way.

I like this team structure
Probs relying on too much to go right for it to work
If an abundance of rookies start round 1 feel you'd need to balance with a good mix of dpp players through the lines to help with flexibility
Would alleviate the risk of starting so many rookies being able to swap them about if needed 👍

You usually get the Midfield Rookies, so I'm not really worried there, and there's usually maybe one or two F/D rookies - and since there's no issue with mid rookies anyway, any D/M and F/M rookies are not going to be picked in the midfield anyway.

Definitely don't trust Steven or Smith and if I picked either one, it would be in place of Heeney at F3 and I'd just pocket the cash; maybe grabbing a different rookie etc. Rookies are a concern but I'm batting pretty deep either line, based simply on price and of course, pre-season expectation, which can change.

I'm spending about $150k each on D5 and F5 and I don't have anyone in my side cheaper than $117k.

Sure, it's a slight risk playing rookies 3 deep on each line but it's probably not that risky in that rookies usually show in Round 1.

First draft. Could see downgrading Hill and upgrading Houston but feel pretty good with this right now.

Nice cookie cutter team. I like it that it's balanced across the lines and you're not desperate for a point of difference just for differences sake. That said, as with Eaglings team just posted previously, I'd definitely look at one of the midpricers in the forwards to stretch your dollars a bit further.

Fair few midpricers
Think it should score pretty well from early days, hoping can upgrade Lynch, Steven, Hannebury, Doedee to legit premos with 1 trade each toward the middle of the year.

thoughts on this team?
what players should i bring in and out if any?
It’s fine. Very cookie cutter which isn’t necessarily a criticism but it’s pretty clear most people are running the same structure from the same pool of players, me included. Coniglio should be a little unique for you which is good. All about trading anyway.

New format looks like trash.

"KFC Supercoach" - lel, finally found a bigger joke than my chol.
Are those recent teams posted ....the new format  ....sack the graphic artist ...and whoever approved it !
