Lol seriously can we just have a ban on posting things ol clickbait Kornes says…

none of it is interesting and it’s all designed to just stir people up.

Hodgey wants a new rule! Hodgey gets a new rule.

No more clickbait shit from Cornes in here.

Also:
Can we also threadban Rendell quotes. The bloke is senile.
Done ✔️

Would be blown away if the media is sitting on a story- such a bloody industry, having a big story with some factual basis about Hawthorn right now would be like bringing a machine gun to a knife fight.
Is this something you're privy to atm, or just a bit of fun Sunday conjecture?
He was right, Herald sun just running with it now

******* hell - there are three people in that picture all I'd imagine wanted and I can't get past the paywall
Yeah i refuse to give the rag my money

Have to give them credit, what they lack in quality journalism and general integrity they make up for in quality click bait.

Greater Western Sydney is contemplating making a shock move for star Hawk Chad Wingard in a bid to supercharge its premiership assault.
Wingard’s name emerged as an option after Bobby Hill’s weekend trade request to Essendon, in the knowledge Hawthorn is willing to offload experienced talent to accelerate the club’s rebuild.

It’s understood the Giants would part with Hill, who is contracted until the end of next season, only if they could replace him with another small forward.
There have been preliminary discussions between the clubs, but it’s unclear whether Wingard would be willing to relocate to Sydney to play for a third AFL club after starting his career at Port Adelaide.
His four-year deal after crossing from the Power expires at the end of next season.

Hmmm

Wingard, 21 and pay a part of his salary for 2?

This news along with his Insta post on Friday is join the dots stuff. I reckon we’ve got a deal in the works to get pick 2 but Chad doesn’t want to go. I friggin want pick 2 badly but I just hope we’re not trying to push anyone out to make it happen.

I don’t want Chad to go, but this is the sort of bold discussion that changes the direction of your club.
You don’t get what you want by sitting in the corner hoping it comes to you.

Giants have asked the question, we should have a really good look at it.

I agree with being bold but let’s just hope we do it the right way so if Chad says no then we except it and move on. We saw what happened with Collingwood/ Treloar last trade period.

Exactly, if he doesn’t want to go then I’d nip this in the bud. It could get very messy otherwise

We’ve been honest with all our players about the questions that will be asked of them, and the direction the club needs to go.
It’s different to the Pies problem.
